The platform

A loop, not a launch event.

Capability decays when it is measured once. CapabilityOS runs the same four stages on a cadence you set, so every cycle starts from evidence rather than opinion.

01

Diagnose

Scenario-based assessment measures practical capability across all six dimensions, per person and per team.

  • A 25–35 minute baseline mixing scenario judgement, prompt-writing and output-review tasks.
  • Every question maps to one of the six dimensions and carries a difficulty and risk classification.
  • Results roll up from person to team to department without exposing individual scores by default.
02

Develop

Adaptive, role-specific learning paths target the gaps the diagnosis actually found — not a generic curriculum.

  • Learning paths are assembled from the gaps the diagnosis found, not from a fixed curriculum.
  • Short lessons end in an applied task set in the learner's own working context.
  • Progress feeds straight back into the capability index — completion alone does not raise a score.
03

Operationalize

Proven prompts, guides and workflows are reviewed, approved, versioned and reused across teams.

  • Anyone can submit a prompt, guide or workflow that worked; a named reviewer decides if it ships.
  • Approved entries carry an owner, a version, a risk class and a review date.
  • Reuse across teams is tracked, so the library shows what is actually load-bearing.
04

Evidence

Capability movement is tracked over time and exported as defensible evidence for boards and auditors.

  • Capability movement is recorded per cycle with confidence and participation alongside the score.
  • Executive and auditor views are read-only and aggregated.
  • Evidence packs export the score history, governance record and approval trail together.

Start with one department.

A single baseline cycle gives you a defensible number and a ranked list of the gaps worth funding.
